Souq Online - Delete Account
We value your privacy and work to give you full control over your data.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
📌 Steps:
- Go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top bar
- Select "My Account" from the menu
- Click on the "Delete Account" button and confirm
🗑️ What will be deleted:
- Personal account data (Name, Email, Phone number).
- All your published ads on the platform.
- In-app chats and messages.
- Profile picture, if available.
🔒 What we may retain for a limited period:
- Security and payment logs (if any) are retained for 30 days solely for verification and anti-fraud purposes.
⚠️ Important Notes:
• Once the deletion process is completed, you will not be able to recover any of your data permanently.
• You can re-register on the platform at any time in the future using a new email address.
